Abstract

Η μέθοδος παραγωγής 4-αμινοφαινόλης δια αναγωγής νιτροβενζολίου με υδρογόνον εις μίαν ζώνην αντιδράσεως σε ηυξημένην θερμοκρασίαν και μετρίαν πίεσιν παρουσία υδατικού θειϊκού οξέος, μιας επιφανειακώς δραστικής ουσίας και ενός καταλύτου, βελτιώνεται δια χρησιμοποιήσεως πλατίνης επί άνθρακος ως καταλύτου δια χρησιμοποιήσεως μιας ζώνης αντιδράσεως η οποία δεν γεμίζεται τελείως ούτως ώστε να υπάρχει και χώρος ατμών και κατώτερος χώρος υγρού εις την ζώνην αντιδράσεως και δι' εισαγωγής του υδρογόνου εις τον χώρον των ατμών που είναι μέρος της αναφερθείσης ζώνης αντιδράσεως αναδεύσεως του μίγματος της αντιδράσεως ζωηρώς δια χρησιμοποιήσεως ενός έλικος ο οποίος τοποθετείται εις 40 έως 60% του βάθους του υγρού δια να επιτύχωμεν μίαν ταχύτητα υδρογονώσεως η οποία να δίδει ένα δείκτην συμπεριφοράς (εκπεφρασμένον ως γραμμάρια 4-αμινοφαινόλης η οποία παράγεται ανά λεπτόν ανά λίτρον όγκου αντιδράσεως) με τιμήν 0,2 και μεγαλυτέρα. ω
