Abstract
A flared end for reception of waves with the lift pipe is partially immersed into water below its level and is immovable fixed on the bottom. The accumulator tank with the drain line is disposed higher than the water level. The hydraulic units are coupled at the output of the drain line. The capacity is by the pipeline connected to the accumulator tank. The turbo generators are mounted in the upper part of the capacity and the tank. The vacuum pump – by pipeline and by the valve is connected to hermetical upper part of the tank. The lift pipe is connected to the turbo generator disposed in the capacity, the shaft of which is connected to the vacuum pump. The stopcock is mounted in the upper part of the bypass conduit and in the mains; the output cross-section is the same.
