In a lever actuated flush fitting bolt, the frame 10, the shoot 11, the actuating lever 14 and the intermediate member 13 to which the actuating lever 14 is pivoted, are each formed from an extruded section and the section constituting the frame 10 is provided with inwardly turned flanges 102 which serve as guides for the intermediate member 13 and for the shoot, and the shoot and the intermediate member are interconnected by a pair of complementary links 12 formed as pressings.
