Shuttering for floors and roofs or soffit tiles embedded in concrete to make a floor, are supported on parallel wooden beams 10 the ends of which are supported on and adjustable along parallel T section beams 8 the ends of which are supported on props 1. The beams 8 engage by spigots 9 a plate 6 which has a spigot 5 engaging in the head of the prop. The props are connected by bars 2 engaging sockets 3 on the props.
