996,644. Sinks, mop cleaners. W. B. SORRELLS. July 30, 1963 [Aug. 27, 1962], No. 30075/63. Headings A4F and A4N. After rinsing under sprays 32 in compartment 24, mops 60 are stored in adjacent compartment 22 with their heads immersed in water. The main body of sink 12, which may be of stainless steel sheet, includes a back plate 50 and tank 80 filled with detergent. A continuous flow of water may be maintained through compartment 22, the liquid flowing over partition 26 and draining from compartment 24. Detergent from tank 80 may be fed into this stream by means of a known mixing appliance 90 having a in-take tube 86. A valve controlled waste is provided for the compartment 22. The mops may be secured in the stored position by padlocks.
