Sealing means for the bearing 7 of a clutch presser plate 9 comprises a ring 1 of resilient material which is secured at its outlet portion to a radial flange 3 of a housing 4 surrounding and rotatable with the outer bearing race 8 and has a sealing lip 5 at its inner portion which bears axially against the inner bearing race 6 with a pressure which, under the influence of centrifugal force, increases as the speed of rotation of the outer race 8 increases.
