[Also in Division F4] A device for controlling the flow of fluid from a puncturable container as described in the parent Specification, is provided with a relief valve 52 for relieving excess pressure in the flow path through a passage 58 in a washer 56. The relief valve may be formed by a bung held over a relief port by a rubber band.
