Abstract

1,104,456. Valves. TRICO-FOLBERTH Ltd. 9 Dec., 1966 [14 Sept., 1965], No. 39205/65. Heading F2V. [Also in Division F1] A windscreen washer comprises a flexible cupshaped member 21 having a slit 24 held in a plug 12 by a ring 22. The member 21 has ears 26 which when the member is inserted in the plug 12 tend to hold the slit 24 closed. The valve may be fitted anywhere between the source of pressure and the nozzle. As shown, it comprises the outlet valve of a pump which includes a bulb 10 attached to the plug 12 by a nut 36 and collapsed by a plunger 32 slidable in a member 31 and carrying a washer 33 of the shape shown.
