Abstract

992,129. Typewriters. LAMSON PARAGON Ltd. April 13, 1962 [Sept. 28, 1961], No. 14366/62. Heading B6F. Web feeding and guiding arrangements.-A form stand 10, in Fig. 5, for a typewriter for supporting and guiding of a continuous web of zig-zag folded forms 32, comprises a base 11, having fixedly mounted thereto a pillar 12 and upper and lower shelves 15, 16, respectively, adjustably mounted thereon by clamping brackets 18, with the shelves being offset laterally, so that an edge 35 of the upper shelf 15 is disposed in a vertical plane containing the centre of the lower shelf 16. The edge 35 is used as guide for folding of the typed forms 32 on the lower shelf 16, which may be provided with refold guides 21, mounted adjustably thereon to accommodate varying widths of forms 32. The form stand may co-operate with in-feed and out-feed guides 30, 31, respectively. Specification 983,835 is referred to.
