985,376. Bolting. LICENTIA PATENTVERWALTUNGS-G.m.b.H. Feb. 24, 1964, No. 7558/64, Heading F2H A bolt 1 made of synthetic resin is locked to a structural metal member 7 by fitting over the bolt an externally threaded sleeve 2 which has a conical bore at the end farthest from the member 7 and by forcing a number of sectorshaped conical sections 4 into the wedgeshaped gap between the sleeve and the bolt by pressure exerted by a locking nut 3 engaging with the thread on the sleeve 2, the bolt then being fixed in position in the member 7 by tightening the nut 5 on the washer 6.
