Abstract

982,188. Golf clubs. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. April 26, 1962 [April 26, 1961], No. 15978/62. Heading A6D. In a golf club in which the striking surface comprises an insert 11 secured to a clubhead 13, the insert is made of an aromatic polycarbonate resin whereby dynamic losses which occur on hitting the ball are minimized. The shaft may also be made of a polycarbonate resin.
