[Also in Division E1] A bracket 1 for supporting structural elements of rectangular section to form racking for storage of boxed loads has three sides forming a rectangular channel and flanges 2, 3 drilled to provide bolt holes for attachment of a cover plate 5 to clamp the bracket to an upright 6, and a U-shape member 7 secured to the bracket to support a structural member 8 or, as shown in Fig. 5, a second rectangular section member 18 is secured to the bracket. As shown in Fig. 3 the flanges of brackets 1, 9 are bolted together to clamp structural elements 10, 6 which are of slightly greater dimension than the channels. A U-shape member 7 (see Fig. 4) to receive the foot of an upright and having drilled bolt holes for securing to the floor is provided.
