Abstract

963,892. Baling-presses. H. C. ROTHERY. Dec. 15, 1960 [Sept. 15, 1959], No. 31418/59. Heading B5F. A wheeled trailer 2 on which is mounted an elevator 6 comprising a chain conveyer 8 having spikes 7, mounted transversely to the direction of motion of the trailer is pivoted at 5 to the rear end of an agricultural baling machine 1. The bales 10 are delivered by the baler 1, turned by guide plate 9 and pulled up the elevator to be dropped on to a truck 11. The elevator can be swung into the direction of motion of the trailer when not in use.
