[Also in Division H5] A multi-deck baker's oven has electrical heating elements 17, 18 in or on top and bottom walls 10, 14 and one or more removable shelves 19 incorporating electrical heating elements 20 with plug or socket connections 23 to electricity supply wiring in oven side-wall 12. The oven temperature is thermostatically controlled and its width considerably greater than its height. Top and bottom insulation layers 17a and 18a are provided.
