Abstract

955,850. Convertible vehicles. D. F. WOOD. June 13, 1962 [June 13, 1961], No. 21242/61. Heading B7B. A tent for securing to a vehicle comprises sides 3E, 3F carried on rollers 3C, 3D which are pivotally mounted at their upper ends on a panel 4 so that when not in use the rollers will pivot upwardly to lie behind the panel 4. This panel is supported by links 3A, 3B from a box which contains a further roller 2 accommodating a flexible sheet 2A which forms the roof and front of the tent, the edge of the sheet 2A being secured to the removable lid 2B of the box. Specification 807,430 is referred to.
