1,104,320. Sliding roofs. WILMOT-BREEDEN Ltd. 28 May, 1965 [29 Feb., 1964], No. 8602/64. Heading B7B. The longitudinal parts of the peripheral flange of the watercheck frame 5 of a sliding roof assembly are provided with cut-outs to form tongues to engage with complementary tongues 19 on the joggled support plate 18 secured to the fixed roof 2, thus allowing the assembly to be readily fitted by offering it up so that the tongues on the assembly pass through the cut-outs on the plate 18 and then sliding the assembly rearwardly so that the tongues 19 can take the weight.
