Abstract

953,745. Gas fuelled lighters. ETABLISSEMENTS GENOUD & CIE. Nov. 16, 1961 [Jan. 10, 1961], No. 41145/61. Heading F4F. In a gas fuelled lighter a frusto-conical unitary body 3 comprising a pressure reducing valve and a burner is forced into a hole in the upper wall 5 of the fuel container 1 so that the edge of the hole is deformed to anchor the body 3 in place. A packing 8 is clamped between a collar 7 on the body 3 and the upper wall 5 of the fuel container. A flange 6 on the container surrounds the packing and is crimped over the collar 7.
