950,780. Arrangement of auxiliary apparatus. BROOM & WADE Ltd. Dec. 11, 1962 [Dec. 14, 1961], No. 44923/61. Heading B7H. In a motor vehicle having an engine, a transmission shaft to the rear axle 17 and a separate power take-off shaft 21, there is provided an air-compressor 42 located beneath the floor 15 of the vehicle, an air inlet filter 26 located in a compartment formed at the side of the vehicle formed beneath a lateral floor 20 at the rear of a wing arch, and an air receiver 27 secured to straps 47 and located beneath the floor 15 at the rear of the vehicle. An outlet air oil filter 28 is provided in a compartment at the other side of the vehicle corresponding to that containing the filter 26.
