[Also in Division B7] The description in this Specification is identical with that concerning the vehicle having an hydraulic transmission described in Specification 957,321, but the claims are directed to the control means which is actuated by a member in the event of the vehicle occupying an inclined position relative to the ground to establish a connection between the high pressure side of the pump and a relatively low pressure region so that the pump cannot drive the hydraulic motor of the transmission.
