A two-wheeled vehicle comprises conoidal or hemi-spheroidal wheels located in tandem arrangement, the inner lower portion of each wheel being located beneath the body, the largest diameter of each wheel being innermost. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the vehicle body 12 is supported upon a tubular frame 11 and the vehicle is mounted upon the hemispheroidal wheels 13 and 14. The vehicle comprises seats 24 and 28, and the wheels are driven from an engine 17 through a transmission 19, shaft 18 and gear-boxes 15 and 16 under the control of a gear lever 26, accelerator 27 and brake pedal 25. The wheel tyres may be hemispheroidal with tread portions or the wheels may be mounted upon annular tyres, Fig. 6. In Fig. 4 the chassis 100 is supported by conical wheels 101 and 102. The vehicle body and wheels may be buoyant.
