942,687. Loading moving trains of wagons. STAMICARBON N.V. May 23, 1961 [May 21, 1960], No. 18577/61. Heading B8E. Material is prevented from falling down between adjacent trucks 6, 7, moving under a shoot 1 by a flexible flap 12, made of conveyer belt, which is pushed over the bottom of the shoot to close it by the end wall of the truck 6. The flap is pivoted to the shoot 1 at 13 by a conveyer belt fastener and is stiffened and curved at the lower end as shown. The shoot is mounted on a wheeled frame 3 which straddles the line of trucks and can be pinned to supporting rails running parallel to the rails 8. The curved lower edge of the flap 12 profiles the end portion of the load, the rest of the load being profiled by resilient members 11. Specification 910,069 is referred to.
