A hub cap 15 is secured on a wheel and hub assembly 1, 3 by snap engagement of a radially inwardly projecting peripheral rib 16 of the cap over bulbous shaped ends 13 of unthreaded extensions 12 of the bolts 6 by which the wheel disc 1 is secured to the hub flange 4.
