Abstract

929,295. Skirts. T. B. CLERK (Holiday Sportswear Manufacturing Ltd.). April 10, 1961, No. 12881/61. Class 141. A pleated skirt 1 has an unpleated panel 2 attached to it along one longitudinal edge 10 of the panel, its opposite edge being free and its waistband being detachably fastened to the skirt waistband 3 by buttons and buttonholes 4-7. The skirt is reversible and can be worn with the unpleated panel either inside or outside so as to give the appearance of a fully pleated skirt or a kilt respectively. The skirt and additional panel may comprise a single piece or two separate pieces of textile fabric.
