925,132. Electromagnetic switches. ROBERT BOSCH G.m.b.H. Nov. 3, 1961 [Nov. 5, 1960], No. 39366/61. Class 38 (5). In an electromagnetic switch having an iron housing 10, the armature 12 has a non-magnetic coating 14, preferably of chromium or a plastics, and is guided in an iron bush 13 of the housing. The armature carries a bolt 20 which passes through a fixed iron core and carries a contact bridge 21. The provision of the iron bush decreases the reluctance of the magnetic circuit. The bush may be integral with the housing (Fig. 2, not shown).
