923,663. Ratchet mechanism. KABUSHIKI KAISHA MORISAWA SHASHIN SHOKIYIKI SEISAKUSHO. Feb. 23, 1961 [March 1, 1960]. No. 6753/61. Class 80 (3). Ratchet mechanism comprises a feed ratchetwheel 11 having a check ratchet-wheel 13, with oppositely directed teeth, secured to the back thereof, a driving pawl 18 mounted on a pivoted arm 17 and a check pawl 14 adapted to be moved into engagement with the ratchet-wheel 13 at the end of the driving stroke by means of an adjustable screw 19 mounted on the arm 17. The pawl 14 is pivoted at 15 and is urged away from the wheel 13 by a spring 16. A check pawl 25 may also be provided.
