[Also in Group X] A roofing material comprises a perforated sheet of glass fibre mat 3 coated on one surface with asphalt or coal tar, and on the other surface with granules 3a of cork or of mineral such as gravel, pebbles, pyrites or quartz. The granules may be of a size to pass through a sieve having from 5 to 10 meshes per inch. The perforations are of about # inch in diameter and are uniformly spaced on centres about 3 inches apart.
