921,614. Chain - wheels; securing together rotary parts. T. CAMPAGNOLO. Nov. 12, 1959 [Nov. 19, 1958], No. 38471/59. Classes 80 (1) and 80 (2). In a bicycle pedal crankwheel comprising two sprocket rims 2, 3 secured to spokes 1 radiating from a hub 6 having a crank 7, the outermost faces of the rims, spokes and the securing means are flush, the rims being secured to the spoke ends by interthreaded hollow screws 4, 5 having their heads located in recesses in the rims. The screws 4 have polygonal key apertures whilst the screws 5 have screwdriver slots. The bore 11 of the hub 6 is closed on the crank side by a small externally-screwed dished cover 10 having a central polygonal key aperture.
