911,156. Switchgear structures. ELEKTROLECHNICKE ZAVODY JULIA EUCIKA. N.P. BRNO. May 30, 1960 [May 29, 1959], No. 18972/60. Class 38 (5). In a horizontally - withdrawable circuitbreaker actuated either manually or mechanically by a lever 8, auxiliary contacts 22 or 23 which signal the retracted position 1 and the inserted position 1<SP>1</SP>, are closed by a blade 21 only after these positions have been reached. Lever 8 mounted on a frame 9 drives a roller 11, which runs in a slot 12 formed in a fixed guiding link 13, through a bar 10. The roller engages a fork 14 on the circuit-breaker which moves horizontally when the lever is rotated about the arc 16. Between the positions 15 and 17, and 151 and 18, on the arc, movement of the lever 8 is not transmitted to the circuit-breaker. The circuit-breaker is locked in the retracted and inserted positions by stops 24, 25, respectively. In an alternative embodiment (Fig. 2, not shown), the circuit-breaker is moved by a roller running in a vertical fork on top of it, and in the retracted and inserted positions contacts are closed by separate blades on mechanically linked levers.
