[Also in Group VI] A grill comprises a rotatable food support 25 having a drive shaft 20 passing through a drip tray 31 which is capable of sliding movement to cause the support 25 to approach or recede from an electric heating element 8 backed by a reflector 10 with hinged side flaps 12. The shaft 20 is driven from an electric motor 18 mounted on a frame 16 slidable on supports 24. The drip tray 31 has a central channel 32 draining into a receptacle 33 which may be integral with the tray 31 instead of separate therefrom as shown. The reflector 10 may be detachably supported upon the heating element 8.
