Abstract

1,129,239. Portable griller of adjustable width. R. LOTTE. 5 July, 1967 [8 July, 1966], No. 30971/67. Heading A4D. A portable griller, capable of being enclosed in a removable case, comprises two heating elements 1 positioned vertically and at a set distance apart, each supported by two interconnected external side frames 3 and 4 and characterized in that the side frames are interconnected by a device 6 of variable length and that the support 11, serving to accommodate a means for bearing the material to be grilled, is mounted transversely on parts 12 of adjustable height and length and comprising two arms 13 and 14 connected to the side frames 3 and 4. The device 6 is adjustable by means of studs 8 moving in grooves 9 and constitutes a parallelogram. The griller may be used in the closed position for small pieces of meat on spits 24 and in the open position, Fig. 5, for food such as chickens which can be rotated by means of the motor 18.
