[Also in Group X] A disc brake 32 on the wheels of a trolley 10 is operated by movement of a ladder 15, pivoted to the trolley for use therewith, under the weight of a person, the ladder being connected by a spring link 26 to a lug 28 on a sleeve 29 on the trolley axle 13 and having a cam 30 engaging a cam on the brake.
