An invalid chair hand rail and wheel comprises two arcuate sections 7, 8 joined by an integral web 9 and accommodating a rubber tyre 10 and a hand grip 11. The tyre and hand grip may have an interconnecting web and the hand grip may be moulded round the section 8.
