A spring-hinged door for the evaporator unit of a refrigerator consists of spaced inner and outer plastics panels 2, 1 having abutting edge flanges 4, 3 which are provided, along each of the top and bottom edges, with three interlocking sets of recesses 6 and projections 5, Fig. 3, and along the edge opposite the hinge axis, with two interfitting sets of projections 16, 15.
