894,481. End windings for dynamo-electric machines. LICENTIA PATENT-VERWALTUNGS-G.m.b.H. Aug. 10, 1960 [Aug. 12, 1959], No. 27708/60. Class 35. To reinforce and locate the overhangs of coils of an electric machine 1, a flexible insulating tube 4, closed at one end, is inserted into the space 5 inside the coil heads 3, which lie between supports 8 and 9, and filled under pressure with a plastic hardening insulating composition 6, such as " Araldite " (Registered Trade Mark), mixed with powdered mica. A small wedge 7 of solid material may be driven into the insulating composition 6.
