[Also in Group XXXIX] Walls or panels of a loud-speaker cabinet are of a substantially rigid material in expanded form and of density not greater than 10 pounds per cubic foot, e.g. expanded polystyrene or expanded ebonite. The cabinet is moulded to the desired final shape or fabricated from sheets. The walls or panels may be sandwiched between outer skins of plywood, hardwood, plastic, metal or other unexpanded material. The cabinet may be totally enclosed or of the reflex or horn type. It may contain a baffle of the expanded material.
