Abstract

888,851. Container handles; handles for boxes; handles for cases &c. NORRENBERGSUDHAUS E., and NORRENBERG-SUDHANS, W., [trading as SUDHAUS SOHNE HEINRICH.]. March 3, 1959 [Dec. 4, 1958], No. 7343/59. Classes 18, 66 and 133. [Also in Group XXV] Means for detachably securing a handle 1 to the wall 2 of a container comprises a stud 10 on the container which engages a key-hole slot 9 in a plate 3 to which the handle is joined by means of two rivets 7. A top plate 4, forming with the plate 3 a handle cap, is fixed to the plate 3 by means of flanges 5 and secures one end of a leaf spring 14 between a flange 8 and the rivets 7, the spring 14 serving by means of a stop 15 to keep the stud 10 in position in the slot 9.
