862,992. Crowbars. COLEY BROS. (TOOLS) Ltd. Dec. 23, 1959 [Dec. 23, 1958], No. 41415/58 Class 61. A lever for separating the two halves 21, 22 of a die set while the press tools are fitted comprises a rigid bar having at one end a cranked portion 10 inclined at an obtuse angle to the remainder of the bar and having rotatably mounted on it at the free end of the cranked portion and at the junction of that portion with the remainder of the bar, a roller or rollers adapted to engage the surfaces to be separated. As shown the portion 11 of the bar adjacent to the portion 10 is reversely cranked to lie at an obtuse angle to the remainder of the bar. The end 13 of the bar is slotted to receive a roller 14 which is mounted in the slot on a transverse pin 15. At the cranking between the portions 10, 11, a transverse pin 16 carries at each end a roller 17.
