Abstract

858,984. Combine-harvesters. WESTERASMASKINER A.B. Nov. 18, 1958 [Nov. 21, 1957], No. 19413/60. Divided out of 858,983. Class 6(3). A grain - transporting conveyer between the threshing and dressing elements of a combineharvester comprises parallel ribs 35 along the horizontal floor 25 of the machine and an endless conveyer 50 having transverse scrapers 56 co-operates with the floor to move crop thereover, the scrapers having slots 57 therein to clear the ribs. The ribs prevent lateral piling-up of grain when the harvester travels across a slope. The device is shown applied to the combine harvester described in Specification 858,983.
