[Also in Group XXX] A threshing machine for leguminous crops, of the type wherein the crop is fed by an endless elevator a to the entrance d of a threshing chamber (not shown), a short endless conveyer e is mounted above the upper end of the elevator and travels so that its lower run moves in the opposite direction to the elevator so as to spread the crop thereover, and the conveyer is mounted so that it contacts the crop only when the latter is laid in a substantial thickness on the elevator. Both the elevator and conveyer have cropengaging fingers f, f<SP>1</SP>.
