Class 139 In a pin pallet lever escapement comprising a lever, 1, Fig. 1, having a locking pin 8 and an impulse pin 7, Fig. 7, the balance impulse pin 3 is directly impulsed by the teeth of the escape wheel 11. The lever is cut from sheet metal and has a counterbalancing extension 6. A curved arm 13 of the lever embraces the escape wheel arbor 12 to prevent overbanking.
