Abstract

847,353. Dispensing liquids by gaseous pressure. SANKEY & SONS Ltd., J., and BARNES, A. R. T. June 25, 1957 [June 26, 1956], No. 19798/56. Class 102(2). [Also in Group XXIX] A pressure reservoir 53 and a reducing valve 24 for supplying pressurising gas to a liquid container 11, are secured to the container wall 12 by means of a bayonet type coupling . In a modification, the reducing valve and reservoir are secured to the top of the container and the coupling forms a gas connection between the reducing valve and the container and includes a valve of the type described in Specifications 449,764 and 670,977. A gas stop valve 72 is included on the reducing valve. Specifications 685,858, 847,351 and 847,352 also are referred to.
