844,600. Vending apparatus. ALBANOMULLER, A. [trading as GRUNDSTUCKSVERWALTUNSGESELLSCHAFT MULLER & CO. KOMM-GES.]. April 17, 1959 [April 29, 1958], No. 13096/59. Classes 27 and 116. A machine for vending tetrahedralshaped packages, such as milk cartons 4, has the cartons stacked in interlocking fashion with the vertical sealing edges 4a of alternate cartons disposed in slotted guides 3 and the stack is supported by spring-loaded flaps 6, 7 which are alternately released to allow delivery of one package to a shoot 8. The flaps are notched so that the part of the package towards the vertical edge can pass through and are alternately released by pressing in either a knob 10 or a knob 11 to swing a stop plate 9 one way or the other. Additional guides 5 lie in the angle between the sides of the packages.
