Abstract

840,941. Luggage attachments. BOULTBEE Ltd., [formerly BROOKS & CO. Ltd., J. B.]. Jan. 30, 1959 [Jan. 1, 1958], No. 18/58. Class 136(1). A pannier bag 1 is arranged to be detachably secured to a frame 2 which is fixed to a cycle carrier, the bag being detachably secured to the frame 2 by slidingly engaging sleeves formed in the bag with upstanding hooks 5, 6 on the frame 2. A pair of sleeves 24 are disposed inside the bag (Fig. 3) and each has a downwardly-presented mouth 28 registering with an opening in the bottom of the bag, the sleeves 24 being slidably engageable over the hooks 5. A pair of sleeves 23 are arranged exteriorly on the bag and slidably engageable over the upstanding hooks 6. The sleeves 23 are concealed by a top closure member 1b of the bag.
