An overhead endless conveyer comprises a plurality of frames d supported on rail c and propelled by endless member e. Each frame has horizontal rods numbered 1 to 20 corresponding to the treatment stations 1-20 (e.g. in a chemical cleaning apparatus) so that an operator at a treatment station can manually detach goods from the corresponding rod as the frame travels. A basket p may be attached for hats.
