Class 52(2) The back 19 and seat 24 of a bed-settee are connected by cranked arms 18, 23 pivoted at 21 which are mounted on links 15, 16 pivoted to the base frame, a catch 26 being interposed between the arms 18, 23 to hold the back in raised position, which catch is automatically tripped and reset as the seat is lifted and moved forwards or backwards to its bed position and vice versa.
