833,335. Hand trucks; collapsible vehicles. ELSAS, T. Feb. 4, 1957 [Nov. 4, 1955], No. 28259/55. Class 108(1) A hand truck has an axle tube 2 to which is secured one or two tubes 3 which telescopically house a single handle 4 or a U-shaped one. A wire frame 1 is secured to the axle tube 3 by brazing and to the tube 3 by the bent strip 5 which is provided with slots 6 for attachment of a shopping bag. An auxiliary frame 1a pivoted at 24 is provided with a sleeve 22 through which the handle 4 extends to hold it in its in-use position. A forwardly extending leg 13 is rotatably mounted in a tube 14 and is held in position by the bayonet slot 12.
