831,322. Head-rests; upholstery. DUNLOP RUBBER CO. Ltd. Sept. 4, 1956 [Oct. 8, 1955], No. 28713/55. Classes 52(2) and 52(4) A chair head-rest has a ribbed sheet 11 of foam rubber or polyurethane foam mounted on side pieces 12, 13 and held on to the frame by means of canvas strips 17, 18 which pass around cross members 19, 20 and are cemented thereto and to the sheet 11 which is distorted to an arcuate shape. The side pieces may be integral with the chair frame or separate components such as semi-circles of wood or synthetic resin detachably connected to the frame.
