826,440. Joints for steerable wheels. FIAT S.p.A. March 10, 1958 [March 12, 1957], No. 7648/58. Class 79(3) A joint 2 connecting an axle 1 to the swivel 3 of a steerable wheel 9 is enclosed by a rubber bellows 10 having one end secured to a bush 11 and the other resiliently fitted into a seating 6a in the swivel casing 6. A steel ring 12 presses the bellows against the seating 6a. A packing 14 protected by a lip 13a on a ring 13 is provided in the bush 11.
