Abstract

A method for preparing a vaccine having a specific reaction on a predetermined tissue or organ, comprises crushing a similar healthy tissue, to form a culture medium, preferably submitting this crushed tissue to the action of supersonic waves, culturing bacteria on this medium to cause lysis of the said medium and separating, e.g. by centrifugation and filtration through a porous glass cap, the water-soluble portion for use as a vaccine. An auto-vaccine for action on the suprarenal caps is prepared by culturing staphylococci obtained from the pharyngian mucosities, and baccili coli obtained from the f ces, on culture media consisting of the crushed cortical and medullar sections of the suprarenal glands of pigs. A test for the desired lytical condition of the media uses electrophoresis. Phenol is added to the water-soluble product as a stabilizer.
