Class 120(2) A rotatable thread - guiding member 4 for a double-twist spindle has a domed outer wall formed with a continuous protuberance 5 or depression, or a plurality of them, extending around the axis of rotation of the member 4. The protuberances 5 may be strengthened by metallic wearresisting attachments secured to the member 4 by adhesive &c. The protuberances. may extend concentrically or spirally about the 'axis of rotation.
